Why this site?

I have spent the majority of my career working in corporate America in technology with companies of various sizes, from start-up to Fortune 25. Throughout my career my passion has been to find ways to take complex problems and turn them into simple solutions to help drive success for companies and the individuals within those organizations. I bring that same passion to the real estate industry. My mission is to help individuals navigate through the process of one of the largest, and sometimes most complex, investments in their lives. I hold a Bachelors degree from Troy University in Troy, AL and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in Denver, CO.

I was born in New York City and grew up in Miami, FL, but now I consider Franklin, Nashville, and the rest of the Middle Tennessee area my hometown. I have lived in Franklin, TN for the past nine years with my wife Nancy and our three daughters.
